Shipping Information

You can be assured of fast, accurate delivery when you order from NAPAONLINE®.

Our primary shipping service is United Parcel Service (UPS) Guaranteed Ground Service. Orders placed before 3pm EST will arrive in 2-5 business days of placing the order. If you order is placed after 3pm EST, your order will be processed the following day. NAPAONLINE® ships to 48 states in the US. Delivery Time

Most NAPAONLINE® shipments arrive in 2-5 business days after UPS picks them up from our Distribution Centers. You may receive separate boxes in order to receive your order as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for additional shipping although NAPAONLINE® will ship partial orders in order to provide you with the parts available as soon as possible.

NAPAONLINE® will not charge you for any additional shipping incurred.

NAPAONLINE® ships Monday through Friday except US holidays. If you need parts and accessories faster we suggest you contact your local NAPA AUTO PARTS Store.

Shipping and Handling Charges

NAPAONLINE® ships all orders via UPS Guaranteed Ground Service.

You will see your itemized shipping charge on the order confirmation page. NAPAONLINE® charges a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping.

Sometimes, to send your order as quickly and safely as possible, we may ship items from the same order in separate boxes. You will not be charged additional shipping in this event.

Where We Ship

NAPAONLINE® ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We will likely add shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses in the future.

NAPAONLINE® will ship orders to Foreign Post Office Boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. FPO packages take anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You can keep up with your order by using our online order tracking service, which allows you to estimate when your shipment will arrive. Simply go to the Order History section in your My NAPA Account and select the order you'd like to track. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including the time of pick-up, when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.

You can begin tracking your shipment using your NAPAONLINE® order number once your package has been shipped from one of our Distribution Centers.

Hazardous Materials

There are some parts and materials you may need to work on your car that cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous materials. Examples of these items are, transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (which contain battery acid), most paints and other potentially dangerous items.

Though you cannot purchase them online, you can get them at your local NAPA AUTO PARTS store. Put these items on your shopping list and consult your local NAPA AUTO PARTS store for availability.
